Pub premises licence and a personal licence

What’s the difference between a pub premises licence and a personal licence ?

Premises licence – authorises the premises in question to do any of the following :
Sell or supply of alcohol
Provide regulated entertainment
Provide of late night refreshment (meaning the sale of hot food or drink at any time between 11pm and 5am)
….every bar, pub, off-licence will need a Premises Licence

Personal licence – allows an individual to authorise the sale or supply or alcohol
….every premises selling or supplying alcohol will need to have at least one person with a Personal Licence
