What is the best textbook for Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector?

We normally use “Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector” published by Learning Matters on our PTLLS courses and we give every candidate a copy to keep as part of their course material.  We don’t consider that this book on its own is enough so we also provide our own in-house produced material to go with the course.

When will I get my PTLLS certificate ?

At the moment we are running the Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector PTLLS courses via the City and Guilds system under qualification code 6302.

I want to start teaching the SIA security courses, and I want to teach them NOW !
