preparing, cooking, or serving
food. Good food hygiene can mean
safer food, fewer complaints and
reduced costs. The course can
also help you to comply with
legislation, in particular the
Food Hygiene Regulations 2006.
The Fundamentals of Food
Safety course lasts one day and
is suitable for staff training
on your own premises. We also
run courses open to individuals
at our Central London training
rooms.
The course is nationally
recognised and a certificate
from the Royal Society of Public
Health is awarded to all those
who attend.
The cost of an individual
place on a course at our
training rooms is
£135.00
each including VAT. See dates

to twelve persons on your own
premises is
£690.00
