Environmental Health (CIEH)
registered trainer. It is
designed for anyone who needs to
understand the basics of
training practice or wants to
improve their training
techniques.
Successful candidates will be
able to structure, design and
deliver interesting and
stimulating training. The course
assessment is by an observed
lesson on a chosen topic from a
list of food hygiene and health
& safety subjects.
This course normally lasts
three days and is suitable for
staff training on your own
premises. We also run courses
open to individuals at our
training centre.
