7. Returns Policy

You may cancel your purchase within 7 days from the date of order by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and obtaining a returns number. Providing we receive the goods within 7 days of issuing a returns number and in their original packaging and condition you will be refunded the price paid within 30 days from the date on which we received the goods. All returns are to be sent to Carlton Training at the buyers own cost and risk.

The following exclusions apply to the refund policy stated above:
Goods that are received after the time period stated above but within 30 days will be subject to a restocking charge and will only be accepted at Carlton Training's discretion and with prior written agreement. Services (e.g. training) that have already been provided.

All transactions are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

9. Refunds Policy

If the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

10. Age Restricted Courses

If you wish to order training which may only be purchased by persons of a certain age, you may be asked when registering on the Website to declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items.

If we reasonably believe that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The Prize consists £200 worth of training from Carlton Training Ltd.
2. No purchase necessary. The prize draw is open to everyone aged 18 years and over and legally resident in the UK, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Eire, other than the employees and immediate families of the Carlton Training Ltd (or any other company connected with this promotion).
3. Entries into the draw are limited to one per person - No entries on behalf of third parties. To enter the prize draw, simply fill in the webform.
4. The prize will only be delivered to the name given by the entrant on the webform, who must have a UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Eire address.
5. Prizes must be accepted as offered, there are no alternatives. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event of product availability issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Prize winners will be notified via email. The notification will include details of how the prize can be claimed. If the prize remains unclaimed for more than 1 calendar month after notification was sent, a further prize draw will take place for the prize.
7. The name and county of the prize winners will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope within one month after the draw to Carlton Training Ltd, 94 Judd Street, London WC1H 9NT.
8. We reserve the right to feature photographs and the name and county of the prize winner in future publications and publicity. The winner may also be required to take part in promotional publicity including a photographic shoot and an interview.
9. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw. The promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.
