This is course is aimed at those who wish to teach in
the adult sector. This qualification is designed to enable you to:
Integrate the theory and practice of teaching
Reflect on your own previous/current experience, practice and skills and areas
for development
Identify the principles of learning, teaching, assessment and evaluation
Develop communication and inter-personal skills.
Develop an awareness of your professional role and responsibilities.
For this qualification you will need :
To be teaching already (this can be via work or as a volunteer)
To be observed in your teaching role after the course
This City and Guilds course normally lasts eight days and is suitable for staff training on your own premises. We also run courses open to individuals at our
training centre.
The course is nationally recognised and a certificate from City and Guilds is awarded to all those who reach the required standard.
The cost of an individual place on a course at our
training rooms is
£ 950.00
including VAT. See dates below.
The cost of a course for up to six persons on your own
premises is £ 4500.00 Please contact us to arrange times and dates.
