Conflict management trainer training – background

Since August 2011, this course is known as the 2886 Level 3 Award in Delivery of Conflict Management Training. It includes the two modules of the City & Guilds 2886 and 1886 Certificate for Deliverers of Conflict Management Training:

• understanding the principles of conflict management
• designing and delivering conflict management learning

What do you need for this conflict management trainer course?

• some knowledge of conflict management
• a teaching qualification (if you don't have this, consider our PTLLS and 2886 combined course)
• ability to deal with written documents – i.e. read, understand, answer
• organisation skills
