Physical Intervention Training

Physical Intervention training is now compulsory for all Door Supervisors working at licensed premises such as pubs, clubs and bars.  Under the SIA (Security Industry Authority) licensing scheme all front line staff in this role need to have had appropriate training in the Physical Intervention skills that they might need to restrain or escort a person from the premises.

In order to teach these Physical Intervention skills all instructors need to have recognised qualifications, such as those offered by us on the Level 3 Physical Intervention Trainers Award.  This qualification covers all the skills and safety precautions you will needif you are teaching in this area.
